Inhumane and unbelievable that someone would just abandon these dogs by the side of the road...The new laws against puppy mills (backyard breeders) are having some unanticipated consequences across the country.
Clearly the owner/breeder of these dogs was afraid of the consequences of being caught and dumped the evidence. Amazing.
Thank heavens for our Humane Associations. I hope these guys find new homes.
