Courtesy of Vetstreet,comes the news that the late Dick Clark was not only a music lover but also a pet lover. Apparently his house was filled with dogs, many of whom were named after Top 40 hits, and the pooches were even known to roam his corporate offices in Burbank. Some apparently knew to wait by the elevator to gain access! Not all the pups were perfectly behaved and there are also stories of dogs stealing food from people's desks. One thing is certain: Clark and his wife, Kari loved their pets. They celebrated their birthdays and had a special dog-sized shower installed in their home. Somewhere we know that Clark has been reunited with the members of his beloved pack who waited patiently for him at the Rainbow Bridge and they are all romping to great beat.
